The short version
This website does not use analytics cookies, advertising cookies or any form of tracking cookie. There is no consent banner because there is nothing here that requires your consent.
The only cookies that may be set are strictly necessary cookies used by the underlying website software so the site works correctly. These are the kind of cookies that do not require consent under UK law.
The calculator does not use cookies at all. Everything you enter into the salary sacrifice calculator is processed in your own browser and is not stored in a cookie, saved to your device or sent anywhere.
What cookies are
A cookie is a small text file that a website asks your browser to store on your device. When you return, the browser sends that file back, which lets the site recognise the same browser between page loads or visits.
Cookies are not inherently a privacy problem. Some do useful and necessary jobs, such as keeping you signed in. Others exist to build a record of what you look at, sometimes across many different websites, and those are the ones that raise privacy concerns.
The distinction that matters

Third-party services
The only third party involved in delivering this website is the web hosting provider, which is necessary for the site to be available at all. Hosting infrastructure keeps technical server logs, and may use strictly necessary cookies for security or load handling.
We do not use analytics providers, advertising networks, tag managers, content delivery networks with tracking, or social media platforms. We have deliberately kept the number of third parties small, which is why this policy is short.
Some pages link out to external websites such as GOV.UK so you can read official guidance at source. Those sites set their own cookies under their own policies, and this policy does not apply once you follow a link away from here.
How to control cookies
Even though this site sets very little, you remain in full control of cookies through your browser. Every major browser lets you view stored cookies, delete them individually or in bulk, block cookies from specific sites, block all third-party cookies, and clear everything when you close the browser.
These settings are usually found under Privacy, Security, or Cookies and site data in your browser’s settings menu. Browsers in private or incognito mode discard cookies when the window is closed.
Blocking all cookies can stop some websites working properly. This site is unusually tolerant of that, because the calculator does not rely on cookies at all. You can block everything and it will still work.

Changes to this policy
